1. Point is he was a known quantity. If they pulled his record it would have shown he wasn't dangerous. Second as far as I've heard there was nothing to connect him with the picture AT THAT TIME. I've not heard anything indicating he was asked about the robbery. In fact he volunteered that he had a permit and gun. The trail of events show no reason for the policeman to act as he did.
  2. I tend to agree.

    When you have that many traffic violations, including open ones, you are going to get pulled over a lot and it sounds like the guy was accustomed to it. It's kind of hard to argue that you were pulled over for "driving while black", when you are red-flagged every time a cop runs your plates.

    But shooting a traffic offender for reaching into his pocket? Kind of hard to defend.

    Easy. Yet we can all agree the cop is to blame. Yet legally, he will most likely walk and still be labeled a murder.
