I don't suppose any of us knows what we would really do in that situation. I just have to say that I find her reactions odd in general. With her child in the car, I'm actually stunned that that was not her first concern. And then basically a clinical reaction when her partner is dying inches away from her. I am just having a hard time buying that her reaction was based on calm and cool thinking.
Perhaps she checked on the child and the partner before she started filming. Could you buy that there was a policeman who just shot her partner and was holding a gun on her and shouting? My impression was that she was trying not to set him off again by appearing to be belligerent. She was trying to be non-threatening because it might save her life. Can you buy that she might be in shock? That it might take a minute for his death to register? She did break down when they removed the body. Her life changed in an instant and I'll cut her some slack. You seem to be trying to change the narrative here by criticizing one of the victims.
