    Cutting the pipe is gonna increase the flow of oil by 20% so what happens when they fail just like they have failed in every other attempt

    why wouldnt they have a secondary saw already down there JUST IN CASE!!!!

    Apparently that's the way they do things. No contingency plans in place ever. Deal with failures after the fact.

    looking at the pic in the advocate, they started cutting from the bottom of the pipe. Imagine that, the saw got pinched. Funny how gravity still works under water.

    Gravity would normally spread the gap if they cut from the bottom. There must be upward pressure on the pipe from some other source.
