Wouldn't it dry up in the oven? I love it off the pit, or a good steam. Even put it in a frying pan with about 1/4" of water and just heated it up that way but never in an over. May have to try it?
I've never tried it in the oven either, but I would think that it would be pretty similar to on the grill, which I love.
I've never tried it in a conventional oven. I was referring to a microwave oven that she'd referenced.
gotcha. I didn't see the microwave reference. However, I do it in the microwave all the time. I put it on a plate with just a little water on the plate. Usually about a minute does the trick.
Well if you'd read more carefully, I said in the first response that I wasn't sure how to respond. Then coming back later with, "Oh, you mean..." should tell you, "Now I think I've got it." Got dammit Kyle. I purposefully responded to Shane's post cause he doesn't comb through them like you. You made me go back and read. She didn't, in fact, say "mircrowave". I guess I read that into it cause we know when it come to meals, she can barely order at a McDonald's Drive-thru.
Oh my. I did not get it at first. I don't have a dirty mind like you girls so things of that nature often fly over my head.
BOT: I brought some of Jerry's Lees Boudin to Texas. People over here love the stuff. http://www.jerryleescajunfoods.com/
