If one of my kids ever get hit by something like that and I see who did it they better hope the cops get to them before I do. I can make bail and no one will blame me.

The 2 i seen fly were from the "LSU" section from the upper deck, but there were some OU fans scattered all over the stadium. I didnt see them land or if they hit anybody. I will say this OU had pretty much cleared out at that point ,who knows. I,ve been in the student sec. @ Tiger stadium and seen Glass whiskey bottles chucked at the cheerleader dudes, pretty shocking. Pretty classles also if you ask me. Who knows why people do the things they do.

    Hey Bostonbengal...

I got your incident beat. One time in the student section, I had a whole cup of someone's disgusting dip thrown on me. The dip was everywhere, even in my hair. It was NASTY!

well from where we were sitting in the dome(where LSU team ran out on the field) I saw a few drinks go flying in the air and in my hair, but it was just because every one was so excited and jumping up and down. I would be pissed about the dip though

    Well...

Since that incident, I always duck when LSU scores and pray that if I do get hit with liquid, it's just bourbon and coke or something.

I've ducked when LSU scores a TD for years. That comes from getting showered with beverages continuously in the student section when I was in school. And I was there during the "dark years" ('88-'92).

Last year at the Cotton Bowl, my husband and I were doused with beer also. The guy next to me must have had 12 beers during the game and ended up proposing marriage to me because he needed to find a woman who loved the Tigers as much as I do. My husband chose to laugh about it--and I liked it because the fellow thought I was 25 (not 32).

Throwing anything at a game is moronic. Jump up. Scream. Hug and kiss strangers. High five your neighbors. But don't throw things. I was watching the post-game report again last night, and it looks bad for LSU to be known as bottle-throwing champions.
