Louisiana has over 500 festivals. This one is rated one of the 10 must see festivals by Louisiana Tourism Bureau. Next weekend, 9/25 and 9/26. BogalusaBlues.com. People, $10/day admission! You can bring a tent for $50. Air conditioned showers included. So, for you and a date, 2 day admission and camping, you spend less than $100. Check out the lineup at the website. I'll be camping and most probably cooking a big pot of jambalaya for any of my buddies to come indulge in.
Yes. There will be about 6 50" TVs there, typically on top of the beer trailer and very close to the main stage.
For all you lazy bastids who didn't make it, here is a write up on what you missed. http://thesouthlandmusicline.com/bo...heritage-festival-2015-another-exciting-year/
I don't remember seeing Tab the first time I looked at the schedule. I will definitely try to make this and see if I can drag @tirk ass with me. Should be a good time. Yes @lsutiga the blonde bomber will probably be with me so you can tag along too.
I have an 8 man tent y'all can use if you want to camp (I highly recommend it). The festival is great during the day, the jams in the back of the park late at night are even better. We "tailgate" at the campsites and use them as our booze storage as well. Beats paying festival prices for beer. If you think you have to be black to sing the blues, you obviously don't know blues.
