    Neither. 123 said Pelosi and Congress can get away with insider trading but it is illegal for everyone else. In fact it is illegal for everyone. If there is evidence for insider trading, then they can be prosecuted. Influence peddling is hard to prove and is one thing they get away with, but insider trading is something that they can be caught and persecuted for. Every trade over $1,000 must be reported within 45 days. Congressmen have been prosecuted for this.

    The second rat gets the cheese amigo. These are professional crooks we are dealing with. If you don't think they have found a way around the law then, well...you are certainly free to do so. I will continue to think that they are rats and they do what they want when they want how they want. They are next to untouchable and us idiots keep electing them.

    It's only illegal until you get caught. Though I never said the insider trader bit. That was from above me.

    If you think these people are playing by the same rules as you and me you need to check yourself in the old folks home.
