Petrino would have been the perfect fit for Alabama and their whiney "2 out of 3" "don't post in our forums" fans. I hope ESPN plays the crap out of that WWL video and Les's "Oh wow."
I don't know anything about all those things you spoke of ramah. I appreaciate the education though. What I meant was that for a long time bama , and Bryant, owned the sec. Now it's gonna be a new age. The age of lsu. The age of Les miles owning the sec.
Lsu scored 21 points in a little over 4 minutes. There was at least 5 minutes left in the game. It is nonsense to suggest Les was running up the score just for the sake of doing so. Petrino cannot justify his behavior...he clearly lost control and for no reason. This speaks volumes.
Speaking of..........LSU played around 60 players in the game yesterday, against the #3 team in the country.......guess those reserves/walkons were trying to run up the score.......:hihi:
Tell Bobby P that we started our 4th string freshman RB and sit down one of our best DB's for the game....that's definitely not running it up.
A perceptive post; welcome aboard. Yes, there was an undercurrent of emotion that was fueling your team, given the tragic loss of your teammate; but that kind of emotion is powered by adrenalin--and adrenalin, as we all know, is short-lived and when it's gone there's often nothing left in the tank for the finish. Not a criticism of the Razorbacks--never, when it comes to playing with heart for a missed teammate! But you were so correct when you realized that playing with emotion--and getting "cracked across the jaw" regardless--is tough to get past. See ya.
Arky doesn't care about pesky facts. They lost and will cry about it. They take their lead from their coach.
Bull. Arky was high as a kite and jumping up and down like little girls until LSU stomped dat azz with physical RB and line play. You dishonor the deceased teammate by trying to use his death as an excuse. Learn to take your whuppin' like a man.
