If it seizes and tries to spin, it could kill the whole system, not just the belt. ACs are pretty simple. As long as the system is discharged.
With a press it isn’t that bad. The hardest part is not tearing up the ABS and dust shield for the brakes.
am i the only one with a brake dust shield and abs? Maybe that’s why it’s $700 ETA: the first post was a little bit in jest. This one I’m wondering if those parts aren’t standard on most 4WDs
