    They really suck. If I lived farther south I might just take the damn thing out and leave it out. At least it's not like my truck where the stat is inside the water pump.

    Have to be a complete jackass of an engineer to draw that up.

    I’ve got to change mine because the float is most likely trashed. I just don’t want to drop the tank.

    And hard for the buyer to change it himself. Dealerships make as much money from their service departments as they do from the sales.

    That’s why I bought a 95 as my weekend driver. Pretty easy to work on. Aside from the electronic transmission.

    It's not really hard just a pain in the ass. It's all about angles. I wish I'd have thought to get an engine hoist and tied myself some sort of harness because I've got burns and cuts and scrapes all over my hands and arms as well as having the hood latch dig into your sternum while leaning over.

    Wasn't really hard, just a PITA
