I know Judge Erwin and have relatives who worked for him. I don't believe a word of the complaint. He has always been a gentleman.
I use to hang at Sammy's when it was as much a neighborhood bar as a restaurant. Judge Erwin has been in there almost every night for the last 20 years or so. I have never heard him utter a racial slur. The woman who complained must have found out who he was and made up a story. I wonder why Sammy banned him.
