People certainly have the right to be offended and respond. But they should just be Ignored and nobody should get fired. But people are pussies. Ultimately the victim of whites being pussies about racism charges is the blacks. Teaching people they are victims ruins them.

As I said before, no reason for the guy to resign, he gave in to ridiculous bullshit, but its on him, he should have addressed the situation in the first place. Difference between responsible and accountable. He isnt responsible for any of this shit directly, but he is held accountable for it.

if that campus has an environment in a whole that is hostile to minorities, then yes something needed to be done. If these are individual issues, then report them and move on. Its not like the Klan was on campus.
