It is not fact,.. you just want it to be true. Unless you have personal inside information, you only know what you read and it seems you read only that which supports what you already believe. If it was fact, they'd be in jail, or it would have been the major issue in the election, plus FOX news would be all over it. You must admit you're not open minded on this subject.
Fox Network, like any other over the air media outlet, has to adhere to certain guidelines set down by the FCC in order to retain their license. They operate at the whims of the powers that be.
