Cecil missed 7 games because of a broken leg, he missed the next two seasons because he was a molester.

He broke his leg, then became an idiot and got kicked off the team. Although, didn't he have academic issues early on? In that case, he was an idiot before he broke his leg, too. :hihi:

I don't think Xavier rated himself. None of our WR's have posted those kind of #'s in 2 years. Before his injury as a freshmen Xavier was 2nd in the SEC in returns & that included the 1 yard mistake. Take away the mistake & he would have been leading the SEC. This year limited play on KR's was not because Addai was a better return guy. Xavier was in the dog house big-time. If you went to the spring game, Xavier caught 8 passes & had another for a TD called back. He also ran a KO back for a TD. I know why Coach Miles didn't play Xavier & it had nothing to do with his abilities.

What we all do here is sit back & judge without facts. If he doesn't play then he can't catch or he doesn't know play book. Last year at the bowl game everyone thought that Flynn moved ahead of JR because of his play. I was at practice in Orlando when JR told Jimbo to kiss his a** twice. That's why Flynn played first.

he was always an idiot. at the time we had implemented the bobby bowden school of discipline. it was well-known cecil had a little coke problem.

he started like 2 games and now everyone makes him into much more than he ever was. he was awesome but when people put him in the best ever or would have been makes me gag.

    lol!

Maybe your boy needs to stuff his ego then. Whatever the reason... he hasn't produced up to his heralding.

JR is a known slacker and a non-studier of playbook.. a known non-watcher of film dating back to the Saban era. Funny considering LSU's staff has recruited this kid since he was a freshman at Williamson.

I'll judge these players even more harshly becuase of your enlightenment. Thanks dude.

lsudeek if you think any current player is a bust then you are short sighted and in general have a stupid point of view. not all 5* should be able to come in right away and play. some take a while to develop. who is to say doucet want become the next josh reed his senior year or xavier won't become the next randy moss his senior year. my point is that they still have time left don't call them a bust until they leave. by your notion RP is a bust also.

Also can't call amp hill a bust as he was pushing for playing time his freshman year before he got hurt. not his fault he got hurt.

here's one I kept hoping would come around and never did anything really major except on special teams. Adrian Mayes. I remember when he got the starting job at the beginning of the season, but got hurt and lost it. He was a stud coming out of dallas and never amounted to much as a starter. He did get a shot at the nfl though and might still be hanging around.
