Neither was Cecil Collins, the guy had talent and was playing, he was just a dumbass and a criminal. A bust is a player that is highly touted but never performs. Like Chris Pettaway. Pettaway was an high school All-American offensive lineman out of Florida who was LSU's top recruit about 20 years ago. He was a "cant miss" blue chip prospect. He stayed at LSU for four years and never even lettered. That was a bust!

Re: Biggest Recruiting Busts off all time!!! A 5*, 6.1 potential recruit should come in, start and contribute immediately... especially at the skill positions. So far, he's done nothing. Blame coaching if you want to, but such a recruit should be having 40 and 50 catch seasons by now. track recruit?
