Hopefully the guy gets it turned around before it's too late. Despite being kicked off the mountain, this is not the end of his world. At least it doesn't have to be.

Hopefully he gets the help he needs, but I get the feeling he's headed to a program that will enable him instead of make him be accountable.

I am so proud of Les Miles right now.

And RP, of course. I hate that TM is throwing away so much opportunity. It hurts the team, but more than the team (who will recover just fine), it hurts him.

Last post on this topic from me. There are about 30 posters I think are outstanding on this forum and many don't agree with me. They talk LSU football and not just take shots at posters...those are on my ignore list which is what 8 grand total? BTW, if you nonestly think I won't have anyone to talk to, then you are not very informed. I've got several likes just from this morning's postings. BTW, it is not a different point of view when Mathieu got burned 2 times on long passes and 1 15 yard pass interference penalty and the other poster said Alabama was his only bad game. Perhaps he didn't see the UT game...that's possible.l

I don't think I included "he's a good freelancer" in my list at all, but just for the sake of your argument let's say you're right. I honestly don't think Chavis said before every play "Tyrann go out there and just do whatever you want." No he had an assignment every play, he just seemed to have a knack for knowing where the play was going. All of his good plays were not a result of "freelancing," in fact a lot of his big plays just came about because he was first to the ball and had the ability to knock it out a lot of times. Remember his diving interception against A&M in the cotton bowl? That was obviously because he was just freelancing and he can't do that in the NFL. Also he has the ability to make the big play when the team needs it most. That skill obviously doesn't translate to the NFL either.

I'm just saying this guy has certain intangibles that you can't teach, and there isn't much skill-wise that is limiting his NFL potential. His limitations seem to be all off the field.

Yeah, the Diesel was the first person I thought of when I heard about the dismissal.

Will be interesting to see the new depth chart. Reid played CB in high school, but with Loston a new starter at Safety, probably don't want to have 2 new guys there. My guess is they move Collins up to starter and have Martin go from safety to CB to back up Simon and Collins. Martin played CB in HS also I believe.

I'm sure he does have anxiety, the idiot is smoking his career away before it even starts.

we have a wealth of young talent in the defensive backfield so we should be okay as long as the injury bug doesn't hit us.

If you ignore him, he never figures out that he wants to ignore you.
