Obviously, this sucks...hard. There's no reason to spin it by saying, "It's not like he was that good anyway." I loved watching him play, loved it. I'm sure most of you guys did, too. That being said, I'm also certain that someone will step up to fill his shoes in the secondary, and I'm sure that OBJ is looking to be THE man on returns. Just as the Shady's incident did a year ago, we can hope the Tigers rally around each other.

I have seen 0 people say he shouldn't have been starting for LSU. Multiple people like myself has said he was better as a defensive player than he was specifically a cover corner. That is not spin since we have been saying that going back to another thread here which started weeks ago when ESPN said he was overrated.

I agree 100% with this. None of us have experienced the troubles he's struggled with throughout his life. It's easy to say "he should have just followed the right path" but when you've gone through the shit he has then it's not that simple. That being said, there's no denying that he's fucked up.
