Especially when you got caught breaking the law. The law is fucking stupid. But it’s the law. I’m not sure what Maryland’s laws are, I think 10 grams or less is decriminalized so he is still in violation albeit 4.5 oz’s is still a reasonable personal stash. Now, I don’t know if that means per person so if he had 12 other people there maybe they can all cop to 10 grams and baby 6 and they are good.
