I'm going to need those powerball numbers. Haha I will say tho, it's still too early to tell, but right off the bat he doesn't seem like the lock everyone thought he was.
Given that Aranda and Herman are close friends who worked together before, I'd like to see Herman get the job over Jimbo. I just have a feeling that Herman might be the next great one.
Again I dont know why people think herman is off the table. I think this is far from over with him or fisher or O
The only way O gets the job is if Herman and Fisher both turn us down. At that point I think Alleva has no choice but to go with what's "comfortable".
There is still football to play. I hope the football team is not as preoccupied with the next LSU coach as the rest of the world. If so, it could get butt fugly tomorrow night! Geaux Tigers.
I certainly wouldn't be upset with it. I think for that to happen Jimbo has to turn us down. I think Herman takes LSU over UT 100 out of 100 times
I didn't think he was a lock primarily because I don't want him in Baton Rouge. Not enough HC experience for me.
Saban was nothing more than a "up and comer" when we hired him, no flashy wins resume either. The upside of a Herman in P&G is he's young, competitive, and would have access to top tier talent, can recruit, and can develop QB's and run an imaginative offense. Dude also understands the importance of a stout defense. I think he could win 10 games his first season here.
