1. This is a video game, but is kinda amazing, b/c it's exactly how it all happened. :)

I think it will be a great game. The Lakers are a god-awful matchup for us, because Kobe owns Battier.
  2. Two people didnt haver George Gervin in their top ten SG's? They should be fired.
  3. :lol::lol:

The Lakers do have some favorable matchups, but a lot of the time against the Rockets they have to settle for jumpers which kills them. I guess we will have to see what it is like without Yao.
  4. A funny side-note about the streak:

The Rockets have 3 assistant coaches and they alternate games making the game-plan/scouting report for our opponents.

I don't know the exact bet, but the assistant coach that's gameplan causes the streak to end will have to do something to the extent of buying the other 2 assistants a Rolex or something of that sort. :)
  5. Rox trailed 14-4 to start, the 1st time the whole streak we trailed by double-digits, but we ended the quarter on our own 14-4 run to tie it at 18 going to the 2nd quarter
  6. Tonight is proof why it's so great to be a defensive team.

The Rockets are shooting horrible. Absolutely terrible. The worst offensive half of the year, easily.

But because defense and hustle never have an "off night", we're only down 1 point at half. 33-32

I have to think we couldn't possibly shoot that bad in the next half.
  7. 59-57 Rox through 3.

McGrady had 11 in the 3rd quarter.

The Hawks will be an Eastern Conference force in 2-3 years if they keep their team in tact and don't panic. Josh Smith, Marvin Williams, Joe Johnson, Bibby, Horford, etc... are a great young core of guys.

We're out hustling them, but they are "out-athleticing" us. lol
  8. The Hawks have great potential. Now with Marvin Williams becoming more comfortable in the NBA and playing a lot of the 3 the Hawks are very hard to matchup with. Plus, Johnson doesn't have to handle the ball as much since they got their first PG in years.
  9. 20 wins in a row.

We didn't play well or shoot well, but we just out-hustled them. 21 offensive rebounds.

    That is sick.

McGrady willed us to the win, and the Atlanta crowd rose in unison and gave us a standing ovation as the game was decided.

    Classy Stuff.

Our streak of double digit wins is over, but who cares. 20 in a row!!!
