The one in Greenville is the original. We used to eat there regularly when we had a deer lease in the area. I think the best in BR is Bistro Byron. The food is great and the prices are very moderate. My wife and I can get a great dinner there for under 50 bucks. Another very good one is 333 Bistro, but it is a little pricey.
Doe's Eat Place just opened a couple of months ago in Paducah - it's now - by far - the best place in town. Really like it! Runner up is Max's Brick Oven - in the same block of old downtown Paducah. Lots of N.O. style food and great steaks.

I'm from Berwick and my wife is from Bayou Vista. All pretty much the same place though. And I will definitely try it next time we go back, which will be this weekend.
Lake Charles - Snake River Grill Baton Rouge - Texas De Brazil is great but I'm not qualified enough to know what the best is New Orleans - jacque -imo's, adolfo's, stella Morgan City - no idea, but it can't be tampico's. At least I hope not.
