Hard to top,
Blame it all on my roots
I showed up in boots
and ruined her black tie affair
Bit**es ain’t s*** but hoes and tricks...---Snoop Dogg
"Scotty doesn't know that Fiona and me do it in my van every Sunday... She tells him she's in church but she doesn't go - still she's on her knees and SCOTTY DOESN'T KNOWWW!!!"
Eurotrip - Scotty Doesn't Know

Bawitdaba dabanga tang diggy diggy diggy said boogy said up jump the boogy."

"Wait a minute man, check this out. There was this blind man right, he was spillin his way down the street with his stick, right? Hey, he walks past this fish market man, know what I'm saying? He stops, he took a deep breath - & he said, "Good morning Ladies." hahahah"

There are so many to choose from, here are a few:
"Down in New Orleans where the Blues were born it takes a cool cat to blow a horn"
-The Hawketts "MARDI GRAS MAMBO"
"Do you know what it means to miss New Orleans and miss her each night and day I know I'm not wrong because the feeling's getting stronger the longer I stay away..."
-unknown "DO YOU KNOW WHAT IT MEANS TO MISS NEW ORLEANS"
"Where stately oaks and broad magnolias shade inspiring halls, there stands our dear old Alma Mater who to us recalls..."
-If you have to ask, then you do not belong on this board
The best opening line of any song, EVERRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!
Well it was all/
I could do/
To keep from crying/
-David Allan Coe, "You Never Even Call Me By My Name"
Is there a more unforgettable opening? Gimme a break...I'm from Baton Rouge, and I've heard that song in more country bars and holes in the wall...and as SOON as you hear that opening, drunks from every corner of the room join arm over shoulder, start sloshing bottles around, laughing and singing along...
The end of the song is pretty damn good....
I was drunk/
The day my mom/
Got out of prison/
& I went/
To pick her up/
In the rain/
But before I/
Could get to the station/
In my pickup truck/
She got runned over by a damned old train!
"I like big butts and I can not lie
You other brothers can't deny
That when a girl walks in with an itty bitty waist
And a round thing in your face
You get sprung, wanna pull out your tongue"
From the Beatles Tomorrow Never Knows
Turn off your mind, relax
and float down stream
It is not dying
It is not dying
From Zebra's Who's Behind the Door
We sailed away
We walked two thousand miles and then we slipped away
We looked so hard
But couldn't seem to find just what the world was for
Now we know
Just what the journey's for
Looking out to the stars
Think about what you are
What do they think of you
Animals in their zoo
They haven't got the time
Landing is not on their minds
How do they have the nerve
We're animals in preserve
They watch us all
They're only making sure that we don't trip and fall
They looked so hard
But they can't tell us why they're here and just what for
Because they don't know
Who opened up the door
I dont know how that one slipped my mind......agreed.....best opening lines ever for a song.....and the "perfect country and western song."
on the disconnected telephone..........
And then there's...
Why don't we do it in the road?
