I love Dread Zeppelin, Saw them once in the mid 90's. Zosa is a pretty good Zep cover band.

Hard to pick a favorite band of all-time but Zeppelin would probably be it for me. Harder to pick a favorite song but I'll go with No Quarter just to pick one.

Favorite album would probably be Houses of the Holy but I, II, III, and IV are filled with great songs also. Their later stuff didn't quite have that same sound although it was still really good.

I often think about the line "Many times I've wondered, how much there is to know". Also, song #1 on album I, starts with something like "In the days of my youth, I was told what it means to be a man. Now I've reached that age I try to do all those things the best I can. No matter how I try, I find my way into the same old jam." That sound they created has unfortunately never been duplicated.

Zosa would be considered a tribute band, because they try to replicate the original. Cover bands do their own thing.

So, whata think of Zep? Do ya like em?:) Looks like you've been known to get the Led out often. I really loved your list organization. +1.

Zep was to FM radio as porn was to VHS tapes. They made everyone change the channel. Believe it or not AM radio was music radio at the time (there was no such thing as talk radio) but you just had to have FM to hear Zepplin right.
