I agree with Texas Tiger... Portillo's is awesome. Lived in Oakbrook IL for a few years and ate at the one in Elmhurst, IL (i think). Good hamburgers and dogs. Wny and all the fixings you want. There was also a Weber resturant near by that had great dogs and burgers.
I had a very excellent hot dog in Tennessee at a place called Steak 'N' Shake. A burger joint normally, but they do have a very big and tasty hot dog that they grill instead of boil. And they dress it any way you want it. I got it with mustard relish and diced onions.
