I liked all the 80's slasher movies. Freddie, Michael, chucky, texas chainsaw...

When I was in a HIGH School, every monday nigh was at the dive in's. We had the "Monday Night Movies". Was the 2nd best party of the weekend. Every monday night was .50 cent night. Every vehicle was .50 cents. So there was busses, vans, hay ride trailers...everything. 3 screens and monday nights was full blown party central. Joined the Army, came back after 9 months to find out 2 tornadoes too out the whole fucking thing. Marquee said Gone With The Wind. Life ain't been right since.

Best 80's movie...Pink Floyd, The Wall Movie. Still a work of art. There was always the wall or song remains the same at the midnight movies...at the planetarium...on mushrooms.

    Good times.

Great movie, saw the remake and wished they'd have just left it alone.

Then I learn they are doing the Road Warrior over again as well. Why won't they just leave the good ones be good?

I don't see how they can make a better Mad Max than Mel Gibson. Could turn out like the remake of The Longest Yard with Adam Sandler or some of the non Sean Connery Bond movies.

Does anyone remember when the channel USA had USA up all night on the weekends? They would play all those great movies.

Sixteen Candles was good, White Water Summer, Back to School.
