Every day we are given the choice to make life better for those around us. Thanks for sharing this shining example of what each of us can do for our fellow man. Skip Bertman is a man of whom each LSU fan can be proud.

I think Skip is a class act too but earlier in the year during a discussion about fan behavior, I linked an article by Skip talking about some bad behavior by LSU fans at last year's LSU-GA game. Several people here responded that Skip was an idiot who needed to be fired.

My brother and I (we're both LSU alum had an opportunity to meet Skip in '86 and we were impressed with how genuinely sincere and friendly he was.
