    So that says they are leaving. Fuck em, let em leave. Now if they want to pass a law saying that if you leave the country to join them their citizenship is revoked, great all for it.

    Any time you take up arms against America, you have relinquished your citizenship. It's in the Constitution. Why keep these assholes? Send them to the IS and don't let them return. Life expectancy is short over there.

    Well, I had a fraternity brother from LSU killed at the Pentagon and a former co-worker killed in Tower 2. I don't know anyone killed by furniture or a meteorite. Maybe if we had paid a little more credence to Bin Laden they would be alive today.

    He went AWOL and got captured but he did not join the Taliban and take up arms against the US. He was the last US prisoner held by the Taliban and we have a tradition of not leaving any soldiers behind. Shane seems to have forgotten that. Any American soldier is worth five Taliban. Bergdahl was returned to active duty and faces an Article 32 hearing. If he deserted or is a dumbfuck AWOL, then he will be tried and sentenced in a military court. Our military court.

    It's how we do things. Reagan traded missiles to Iran to get prisoners released. The Israelis routinely trade 500-1,000 Palestinians for one Israeli. Bush released hundreds of Gitmo detainees for nothing at all.
