I agree that a lot goes on Mett. He played like crap. It still doesnt erase the fact that the LSU D got mauled yet again. It doesnt erase the fact that the LSU D gave up yet another last min drive with horrible, no balls D. It doesnt erase yet another Miles end of game TO/clock mis-management. It also doesnt erase that LSU played with no passion or focus. Sorry, but a lot has to be said about Miles and staff. I admit I and others can at times get too emotional after a loss. But some of you are just too accepting of the same damn issues every game. Again, unless you own your own business if you keep making the same F ups your boss will call you in and tell you to shape up. Miles and staff need that IMO. Enough is enough. No reason for a coach to have the same damn issues year after year.
As HC Miles has to be accountable for the lack of improvement in the D. Of course Chavis also deserves his share of criticism. I could handle a loss had they earned it, not another give away at the end of a game. I also need to see improvement.
When we see the same replay at the end of the game 4 times in two seasons, thats on Miles and Chavis. When I dont see any improvement thats on coaching. If you play well and lose thats fine.
You haven't seen any improvement? Are we watching the same offensive unit, because I've seen tons of improvement. We have a pulse on offense. We didn't last year. Defense has gotten worse but sometimes losing 8 players to the NFL does that to a unit, or 9 can't remember the exact number.
Hey, I really like Miles the man. I love his passion and the love he has for LSU. You can see he really does care. Im not sure the answer here. I like that he always owns up and doesnt throw others under the buss. I respect that. However, we hear that same song after every game. I just want to see some improvement. Im fine with a loss if we put a good product with improvements on the field. Those end of halves/games blunders are unacceptable.
The O has gotten much better from last year. But they are regressing very quickly. Im talking more game to game. We havent put together a full game yet. The OL is inconsistent with blocking. And the D, well, nothing needs to be said.
