What's really funny is listening to repugs try to find a way for her to be this genius no one can yet comprehend. They desperately want her to be ObiWan allowing Darth Vader to strike him down with the light saber, to become "more powerful than the dems could possibly imagaine." Or, like John Doe in "Se7en", " She's setting the example. What she's done is going to be puzzled over and studied and followed … forever."
He was probably the most interesting guy at the hip Dallas cocaine parties in the 70's. I always thought he was a likable guy. But virtually everyone, even supporters, say he was an amazingly inarticulate public speaker and a self-described "C-student".
As a matter of fact I think 1 is total moron and the other is a total moron and a criminal. A President with the social skills of Bush is not something I want for this country: YouTube - President Bush funny slip of the lips - Hilarious
i love dick cheney and i wish he was president. he is probably my favorite among all mainstream politicians. ron paul would be better, but he is living in the past on foreign relations.
They just had weak advisors. Good advisors would've had teleprompters surrounding them at every speaking engagement and also would've advised them to bow down to other leaders. Had they done this, they would've been considered the second coming. :hihi:
Some state ought to elect Penn and Teller for Congress so everytime Franken opens his mouth they can yell Bull****.
So you've met them, then. Because, so far, all you have is spliced together video. You could splice together video of the smartest person you know (apparently you think that's you ) and make them sound practically retarded. I'm going on and on about this because the words moron and criminal have meaning and, IMO, you're exaggerating in the extreme. Bush is not a member of MENSA. But he certainly is not a moron. And Palin is, in fact, pretty sharp. She's just not national politician sharp. She'd kick your butt 5 ways to Sunday in a debate about the issues. In fact, both of them would. With zero prep. Of course, you get to hide behind your bluster and your hyperbole because you'll never be asked to follow through.
You're crazy. Palin did more to help McCain than any VP pick in the history of VP picks. Just about everyone was saying they were staying home on election night due to McCain...with Palin, only half of them stayed home. Seriously though, there is no way you can make the argument that Palin hurt McCains chances.
