    And who's to say that killing isn't a human's nature? I mean, then it wouldn't be "murder" it would just be human nature every time somebody kills another.

    Murder doesn't mean "somebody kills another". Murder is for a human to unlawfully kill another human. Animals kill to eat and live and they are driven by instinct while modern humans are sentient beings that make decisions to kill based upon logical and emotional factors that do not involve eating the victim to survive.

    Murder is a legal term and is not synonymous with killing. It only applies to humans who break the law. There is no law for animals other than the law of the jungle and the bear clearly obeyed this law.
