I don't know wadc much, I believe he's a mod on the recruiting forums and I don't spend that much time there.
Clarity is the proprietor of BP, and from everything I've seen he's anything but a jerk. I've been a member of BP for 2 1/2 years and have never seen anyone be banned unless they had been previously warned or really deserved it. On game days and peak recruiting times there is more of a zero tolerance policy, but if there weren't there would be anarchy. If you made that statement on F*ckeye PLANET I can't imagine you would have been banned, unless there's another reason.

MLUtiger, if you don't think Chris Wells is half the back McFadden or Jones is there is a strong possibility you lick windows from time to time. You can say he isn't as good of a back and there could be an argument, but saying he isn't half as good means Jerry Springer would have to host the debate.

Williams is the back that worries me. Hester is a stud, for sure- but a known quantity. He flat out gets it done, sometimes by will alone. He has the ability to control the game (I hope he doesn't) but Williams has the ability to break it open. From what I've seen of him Williams could start at 90% of the schools in the country.

What do Ohio St fans feel about Hester's ability to plow over LBs? For all the talk of SEC speed vs Big 10's slow big guys, Laurinitis is not a big guy & Hester is not fast. Is there concern about Hester's ability to run over Laurinitis? I wouldn't be suprised to see it a couple times.

Williams is a great RB to the outside, but he isn't good at finding the hole up the gut. If he develops the rest of the game he could be really great.

Did you just say that 6'3" and 240 lbs (and plays at about 245) is not a big linebacker? Then what is?

How big are you looking for in a linebacker? Laurinaitis is definitely on the "big" side as far as linebackers go.

To answer your question. No, there is not an Ohio State person that is worried about James Laurinaitis and his ability to meet Hester on the field and make the tackle.

Lame. How much respect do you expect a guy called "Beanie" to get anyway?

lol, now that's a lame response. Back it up with facts but using a guys childhood nickname to say he doesn't deserve respect? What did your parents call you back in the day?

    C'mon, man up. :)

Guess I should've looked up his measurables before I made the comment. I didn't think he was that big.

I don't think Beanie really cares if you respect him, I certainly don't. I'd be willing to bet that if you polled the LSU defense they have a good amount of respect for him just from watching film. Why would I bet that? You'd have to be an idiot not to.
McFadden and Jones certainly looked tough today against Missouri.

Laurinaitis is a big boy, the biggest linebacker we play. I'm not worried about Hester running him over, Laurinaitis doesn't miss tackles. Hester will get tough yards like he always does, he'll push some piles and he may get some yards after contact, but tOSU's linebackers are very good finishers.
Also, I'm not buying your "Hester is not fast" argument. Quit watching him run next to Trindon.
