Speaking of Miami, could Pete Carroll be Saban's replacement?? Sure can't imagine him leaving but here's a link saying he met with WH.

Good points. FA classes are not recruiting classes, but with the current FA rules in the NFL, teams can go from worst to first in the span of one season, ahem, I give you your New Orleans Saints! Saban made some tactical errors in the FA market, the gravest one probably being missing out on Drew Brees when just about everyone thougt that Miami was the front runner to get him.

I do believe that Saban probably prefers the college game, but that doesn't change the fact that he put his tail between his legs and ran like the little girl he proved himself to be (this in reference to my young daughter and all her young girlfriends - so no offense is intended).
