there's a substantial rumor floating around now that would be considered by the average fan to be explosive if found true. I'm certain Terry has heard it too, but I won't repeat it here. Personally, I'd be surprised if it ever sees the light of day now that Pointer has been hired by the Hoover system. Given the national notoriety afforded the Hoover system right now, it's become just as important to them to quietly resolve the matter as it is for bama to make it go away. JMO, that's best for us all ..... the SEC doesn't need anymore black-eyes, regardless of which program it is.
I don't think this will go away quietly. It will be the Summer blockbuster story. No rumor, just fact........there is a letter requesting a grade be changed for a certain player, and that letter has copies in the hands of people who aren't going to let the thing get swept under the rug.
