That's the first thing I thought of learning about the OU loss this morning- went to bed early- too many bloody mary's yesterday- a one loss team could be in the NC Title game.

They will only lobby for this if LSU defeats UA in 2 weeks. Forget about this scenario if it's the other way around.

I can see a scenario where the Big 12 Brass get together and throw the games for Okie State to ensure they are undefeated, to ensure a presence in the BCS NCG. I mean, really, they all had it that OU was going to the dance. Now that TT has ruined that chance, TT will be taken to the wood shed for destroying the "favorite son's" chances. The only wild card will be Kansas State. If they meat Okie State still undefeated, they won't play nice. TT and OU will throw the games for Okie State if Okie State is still undefeated in the last two games.

It is certainly not fair for us to go into Bama's house, beat them, and then let them have a "do over". I do not believe that the pollsters will allow it. They will manipulate their polls by putting Bama third or even fourth, to stop this from happening. Bama's hopes for a title will be crushed in two weeks. After we beat them, other conference voters will bring up how TN had them tied at home at the half, how LSU really dominated them even though the score did not show it, and that they do not deserve to be in the game.

I have never said this in my life, but I think LSU goes undefeated, and I hope that Clemson or Boise does also.

I wouldn't put your money on it. Those polls are going to be manipulated like the 1919 world series.

That's the scenario they will NOT let happen.

    We drubbed Oregon.

Like in 07, they would have never pitted LSU against Va Tech.

    at Georgia Tech next week.

GTech played like crap, look for them to take their vengeance out on Clemson.

    Gtech 55, Clemson 41

Chances of LSU-Bama rematch in N.O. increase dramatically

Now that Oklahoma and Wisconsin have lost, if Oklahoma beats Oklahoma State, I don't think it will be any problem for a 1 loss Bama/LSU to finish #2 in the BCS over an undefeated Boise St, Clemson, or Stanford.

I don't think it'll be that easy, either.

No way a one loss SEC team would be above an undefeated ACC or PAC-12 team. No way.
