That and the fact that you have to expect that no one will both A) Vote Alabama out of 2nd in protest against a rematch and B) decide that idle and computer-handicapped Stanford will be the team that makes it.
I don't agree IS I don't think the human polls are going to drop off Bama. I think they see Bama with what they have done this year and playing LSU into OT as the 2nd best team. OSU losing to Iowa State is a awful loss ! OSU beats OU won't change that many votes if any ! Bama is a solid #2

That's quite true on both points. I just am not sure Clemson gets VaTech again, which may be enough to split the necessary votes. I hope you're right; I would love to listen to my neighbors eat their liver for a year over letting this one get away. GEAUX TIGERS
