Naa... we have 2 losses... we played the OT and were beat fair and square.

Yep, the Gophers in '60. However the linked page from the College Football Data warehouse shows the final AP & Coaches polls were released the end of November. The Gophers second loss in the bowl wasn't a factor.

Georgia was the NC in 1942
