I was at the 11/5 game. When Mathieu was called for the "block in the back" call, the BAMA fans surrounding me became their usual whining selves. They all started stating how Mathieu should be ejected from the game for his "dirty play." When they replayed it on the Jumbo Screen, they became even more irate. Now, I'm not agreeing with what Mathieu did---but it was obviously not a facemask as they were screaming, and I don't think he actually meant to do it. I think the BAMA player took a few drama classes as electives this year.
Anyway, some irritating woman above me started yelling, "GO HOME LSU---NOBODY WANTS YOUR TEAM HERE AND NOBODY WANTS THE FANS HERE EITHER!" The first time she said it, I turned around and gave her the biggest "Oh my God did she seriously just say that?" look. She replied, "Don't turn around and look at me. You heard what I said!" I laughed, shook my head and turned around. Two of the BAMA fans told me that I was being very respectful by not responding to her nonsense. She screamed it three more times before I finally turned around, looked her straight in the eye and said, "We will GLADLY go home once we get finished taking care of business and beat them in OT." Well, my comment made the fans that said I was "respectful" upset---to which they told me I needed to calm down and not start anything. Um, really? Last time I checked, I paid money for my ticket just like they did. Additionally, my friend that went with me actually LIVES in Alabama---if she was supposed to go home---where exactly was she to go? She lives there.
I just thought it was funny how "I" was the one that was "out of line" and how they told ME to "calm down."

Nobody said anything to the drunk, brown-headed lady three rows up with no teeth and a bad attitude.

Made me feel good to piss them all off though with one sentence from my mouth. WORTH.EVERY.PENNY.
