No they didn't. AU was one of the best red-zone offenses in the conference heading into that game. If they were better than us, they wouldn't have been limited to FG attempts. But you should be more worried about AU than us. That'll be the only way of salvaging your one-loss season. Don't worry about us, we're going to kick your ass and you will like it. Spending time worrying about it won't help anything.
:hihi: Yea sure you are. I realy don't think you are that ..... well on second thought you are that ******(no name calling right)
Yes, you should sleep well. bama has been a factor in the NC for the last few years, a experienced coach, and many NFL bound players. The close win against a weak Ole Miss team was a fluke. I would be surprised to see the tide lose a game at home the next few years.
Kinda hard for that to have happened since they woulda gotten their asses whipped in the 2004 Sugar Bowl National Title Game :yelwink2: :crystal: :geauxtige
Hard to say "no way" about beating Miami, seeing that an offensively-challenged Ohio St team did just that, and that USC-LSU game would have been a hell of a game...though I suspect the Trojans woulda won that one, since Leinart is a better big-game QB than Matt Mauck. Matt---how can I put this---had an annoying tendency to hurt the team with turnovers and questionable decisions in big, big games---Sugar, Ole Miss, etc. Good thing he had a sick, sick defense to bail him out and mostly win those really big ones...oh, and Sky Green slipping past a safety too focused on Michael Clayton in the first Georgia game was nice, too.
