They gave LSU a couple of 3's that were actually 2's. Both by Tasmin. I noticed both of them in front of the goal I was sitting behind. I think that's a wash actually.

It's pretty obvious your only knowledge about this years team is from the houston game. You are mistaken about a few things based on the 3 games I have seen, Southern, WV and Houston.

    1) The team can play with a lead to a point. Granted they blew it coming out of half last night BUT in the WV game they held a substantial lead until the 7 minute or so mark of the 2nd half. When Wv went into their 1-3-1 the team got tenative and stopped doing what it had done up until that point. I blame Brady for that becasue he had them pull the ball out and try and run clock instead of continuing to play.

    2) Brady will be the biggest hurdle this team has to overcome this year.

    3) In the SOuthern and WV game Baby ate the inside up. He looked nothing like he did last night in those 2 games.

4)Thomas is a beast and will get better at the things he errs in right now. He is only a freshamn redshirt or not.

5)Voogd is better than temple with the ball and on D but they both struggle shooting. Again both will get better as time passes but Voogd is still a brighter star. All that will be mute when Tack comes back.

    7) Lazarre's minutes were less than in the other 2 games and he will prove to be a force with this team.

8)The team is deeper than you think and time will prove this.

9)Yes youth could be looked at as a problem but it will bode well for this team next year and on. Try looking at is a glass half full thing instead of your usual glass half empty thing.

In the future try going to some games and get a real look at things before getting on your soap box and pretending you know how the cow eats the cabbage. You have very little cred left after your ill fated Bama wager. Failing to pay off like a man will haunt you as will coming on here and lying about your your intent to pay off. In the future if youa re going to be a pussy about things it would be best just to keep your mouth shut and not make wagers you don't have the balls to follow thru on.

maybe, but houston really might be good. that one guy lafayette, he is a monster!

the houston game has not hurt my confidence in this year's basketball team. especially when minor returns.

    Just so you know:

Houston beat Arizona in basketball last night, 69-65. Lafayette scored 28. I guess Lute Olsen sucks now.

For Hawkeyes, Lute Olsen "sucked" the day he left Iowa for Arizona.

    We are shallow, aren't we?

I'm with you. This team will still be good. They've got some tough games on the road at Ohio St and UConn so there could be another non-conference loss or two. But, over the course of the season this team should get better and better.

This is the best B-Ball post i've seen in a long time. Really helps the soul of us LSU fans who only get to see a few games a year. I read every B-ball article and so far I'm very excited about this years team. UH winning to another ranked team helps a bit too.

One Question, who thought T.Thomas was going to be the beast that he has been so far? and if he's as raw as you guys say, when he gets some skill this guy could be off the charts!
