Our players have the worst shot selection in the world. I said they would have the lowest ppg avg in the league before the season and they arent letting me down.

Players are going to play hard for ther new coach the first day with a packed crowd against a team of this caliber.

I want to see how hard they play against a USC type team on a Thursday, without TV, with a half-packed crowd. Bet this new "hype" wont carry over.

We need a new coach, from a different school.

It was just frustrating because Thornton is the most clutch player we've had in a long time.

Had he just been able to get a shot up at the end, it would have fallen.

    Oh well.

They played great today and everyone there was into the game. Shame we loss like that but I won't miss another game this year if they give that kind of effort.

vgood is a better passer than him also a guard needs to be able to handle the rock and he cant do it especially with pressure.

Farrer is very underrated. He's a very intelligent player and knows where to go and how the game should be played. He's just not aggressive enough to create his own shot. Really, randolph and thornton are the only ones that can do that.

Butch seemed very into the game, he was very passionate on the sideline. I liked that. It just doesn't seem like our guys are very disciplined with such poor shot selection and sloppy passes. The crowd was pretty loud and into at the end of the game. we just fell apart at the very end, we had no idea what we were doing...and that's on the coach.

When only have 4 guys (Thornton, Randolph, Temple, Johnson) you can count on and play them many minutes, you are going to run out of gas in many games. It's not lack of effort, it's a lack of horses.

I don't see Farrer as having SEC talent. Martin irritates me more than anyone with his low bball IQ. I see why he couldn't play for Knight.

If Johnson gains 20-30 lbs, he has a good shot at playing in the NBA.

this year, its rebounding--with the personnel, its actually a testament to cjb that they often even with oppts---his teams are usually better.

as usual, turnovers, too, but in this game its just as much about UT. they do it to everyone. i dont remember many unforced turnovers.
