i get that cam thomas can make a heavily covered 3 but is he required to be wearing a defender in his shorts to take em

cant we sort out an open shot for this homie?

have javonte or gaines or watford take it to the paint and then find thomas. surely they dont have him on lockdown every moment of the game. maybe they do i should look closely.

days is lethal from 3 at times. he takes open shots. we need to find more open shots. other teams seem to find 9 open corner triples every half.

He broke Chris Jackson’s record for consecutive FTs. It looks like this kid loves the game. He puts too much on his back and ends up taking ill advised shots.

Gaines looks like he’s about to bust out but hasn’t yet. Quick as hell. The other PG (Cook?) is pretty good too. Smart and Watford seem uncomfortable in their positions as team elders. Seems like they still want to be carefree.

Watford, wow! Can't dribble, slow as molasses with the ball, free throws smh. He hit 3 big ones but missed what, 9 others! Sort of a liability

I didn't see the miss but earlier when he sank 2 free throws the talking head said that he had set an LSU record with 42 straight without a miss,

By the way they need to lose all the female announcers for all men's sports.

He can’t dribble in tight quarters, but he handles the ball in the backcourt and helps break the press often. We really miss Waters, I wish there were someone who could distribute anywhere near his ability. We have a bunch of hybrid guys, which is great, but if they played more traditional roles and only turned on the hybrid part as the game allowed, it feels like they’d be much better. Also feels like we settle for perimeter shots too much.

Disappointed it was so close, but I’ll take the win. 2-1 in SEC play, 2-2 against real competition.
