agreed. hyatt was left open because the big man was on him and didnt think he can hit the three. when he did, it opened up the lane. then cam thomas went to work and it was over.

having 5 guys on the floor that can shoot the 3 is a big deal. because every defender has to come out if they array out beyond the line and toss it around. thats the issue with wilkinson. he has not yet proven he can shoot so his defender sits on the basket and clogs it up for drives. when you have watford smart thomas days hyatt out there the defense cant sag on em and pack the lane. then its over because 3 of those guys can take the rock to the rack, and thomas in particular will do it with ease one on one.

basketball becomes more positionless as the hoopsters on earth get better at hitting the 3. the NBA is so worried about the change they may move the line even deeper back. soon we may see teams playing 5 guards. 3 level scorers like thomas. no big dunkers and rim protectors, just triples and drives.

speaking of 3's javontes % this year is magnificent. maybe he actually will be an NBA player

lsu is getting 5 points tomorrow. thats insanity

Didn't Michigan drop 3 of their last 5? They lost to Illinois who just lost today as a #1 seed, they lost to #2 seed Ohio State who got upset by Oral Roberts and they lost to Michigan State who lost in the first four. Their fans are nervous.

Whoa their fanbase is en masse on message boards hoping LSU gets sent home due to contact tracing because of the VCU positives as they interacted with St. Bon.. that's embarrassing. They are desperate for a bye and think if they lose it'll be cause of the refs. Lol.

bros, LSU is gonna win this game.

lsu is bad at transition defense. thats because they are are lazy. like every NBA team until the fouth quarter. when LSU is fired up, they play defense, and they win. and when leblanc and gaines come in, they deflect it everywhere and create turnovers.

LSU is uniquely immune to game plans by the other team to stop them. because the plan and the design is to just be better athletes. they other team cant figure out the motion and close the door for the backdoor screens, becasue there are no backdoor screens. there just is passing it to a guy with a weak defender on him and either shooting over that guy, or taking him to the rack. because the athletes are superior. you cant gameplan against a superior one v one player.

you guys are critics of what you call streetball, unorganized offense. you are wrong. the statistics prove it. LSU is a spectacular scoring offense. in efficiency, scoring per game, per possession. they are awesome. they score buckets. nobody stops them. i think they play a style that looks bad but it basically unstoppable and unplannable for.

the way to beat LSU is to beat them on the offensive boards and get up multiple shots on them, and to also make transition basket whilst LSU is still talking shit and flexing. but that shit is about effort. LSU is is game mode now, serious mode. the effort is not an issue anymore.

games are about style matchups. the way to beat LSU is tun be a transition 3 bomber. run fast, take the open 3, or find the wide guy under the hoop because the defense is not there yet. very quick transition scoring. thats alabama. they sprinted down the court and the first open man buried a three. the perfect team to beat LSU. its not michigan.

    easy win.
