    Loss, played lackadaisical most of the game. Damn it. 81-85, felt like if we could have started the late run sooner we might have gotten the win. Glad we made it a game. Some positives to take away.

    watford and thomas can both take it to the hoop and score most of the time.

    watford is slow laterally on defense. when manning and leblanc return it will help him alot. those guys are quick and dogged on D.

    i would like to see more drive and dish for dunks. the way the waters used to drive and drop it off for days/williams/reid. i know thats tough to do. i would like it if maybe jalen cook or eric gaines take it to the hoop and drop it off to wilkinson/o'neal/BPJ for jams. that is a play that is satisfying to watch and is obviouly high percentage. of course nobody can handle the rock like waters did. gaines is very very fast so maybe he could learn that.

    there is no evidence to support this assertion

    yesterday #4 virginia was beat by san francisco. you dont go undefeated in basketball. you win most your SEC games, and you do damage in the tournament.

    They were competitive with a Q1 team, so that’s something. We looked like we belonged against a good A10 team. If we can sustain what we did in the last 8-10 minutes, we might be even better. This is a slow but steady start. I hope we can eventually become a blue blood killer, but no denying WW has had to navigate a shitload of adversity.
