    I don't think you can really say that the Constitution gives one individual life or death power over another individual.

    To speak your languange it is an unlawful usurption of power.

    It may be a very big deal. But it's the owners deal and nobody else's business, especially the government.

    Every other matter in the world and you are against government involvement, interference, or control, except for this most private of family matters. I say that nobody outside the family, their doctor, or their clergy has any right to interfere.
