Can you tell me one other atlete who attended LSU that got more positive press by the fans, that did so little? Edwards was excellent on special teams but we have had walkons who played as well. He was about fourth or fifth on the depth chart, as a running back, and yet some fans act like he was Heisman Trophy material.
It was Edwards attitude on the field. First one on for ST play and always tried to get the crowd into it. Also Saban wanted to put a shirt on him and he said he wanted top play. The fans loved his attitude.!!
