Georgia is a supremely fertile recruiting ground and is getting much moreso every year since the population explosion has been in the past 15-20 years. Georgia supplies a lot of players to many upper level D-1 programs and Richt has made it his priority to get the best players and he's done well.

I would have to rank UGA in a virtual tie with LSU in this regard.
