This tells me that Bama could get 4 years. The NCAA is good about going after SEC teams and raising the punishment compared to other conferences. Nick will have to be a little more selective of his recruits!:hihi: Worse case scenario he'll have a few excuses for what happened for the next few years!:hihi:
Yeah I heard the books in question were Playboys and Penthouses. They are for a Sex Ed class that is used to get Bama Players eligible. It teaches them how to satisfy their sister/lover. They teach it in trailers installed behind the stadium on Bear Bryant Drive. If the trailer is a rocking then you know there's incest goin on. I think Forrest Forrest Gump used to cut the grass outside the trailers and that is where he heard the sounds he grunted.
Dude, I love your enthusiasm, seriously. And love that you love the Tigers. Your hatred for Bama is normal, I guess, but a lot of people come on here to read about LSU and facts regarding their opponents and you report more false statements than anyone Ive ever seen due to pure hatred. Deceks knows my "love" of the Barn but we keep it real. :yelwink2: I know Alabama because of location and if I lived in Lexington I would post the same regarding Kentucky, but at least support your hate of Bama with some real information to give the Tiger fans far away that rely on this board with some real information. Sincerely, Everyone else. :geauxtige
How can you really say that? Are you involved in the investigation or are you listening and subscribing to hearsay?
I heard the players in question were found in possession of a whole series of books from UA's advanced literature department and were forced to return the big print "See Spot..." books. Oh the travesty, what will their classmates read now?
As of today, there hasn't been another player to be found involved in this. Wrong. Again, wrong. Like TB has addressed, I can understand it if you just want to express your dislike for Bama. Spreading a bunch of BS? Here are the facts right now on the matter. Yes, the 5 players are being allowed to continue practicing. The length of their suspension is still unknown. As of now, no other players have been found to be involved. There is no timetable for this investigation. And, the investigation is being handled by the Financial Affairs Office and Compliance. FWIW, if the money on the books happens to be less than $100 dollars, as soon as it is paid back they regain their status.
I just do not understand why these kids pull chit like this? Yes I know they're kids but still. I would like to think that when I was in my early 20's and if I was on a full ride scholly, I would mind my P's and Q's. BTW, I am not just refering to Bama. I am also referring to some recent poor decisions made by LSU players as well. Hope they learn something from this. Message to all players: make every decision as if you were in church sittin next to your granny. Later, Fur
Here's a link to a story: http://www.al.com/sports/huntsvilletimes/index.ssf?/base/sports/1193131083291360.xml&coll=1 All five will play (IMHO) against LSU which is fine. I want no excuses when we beat them down.
