I have a hard time believing he would throw in the towel so quickly. I don't doubt that he may not be happy in the NFL, but quitting now would be admitting he failed. Don't know if his pride will allow that to happen.

I wouldn't believe this comment if he was 90 years old. He doesn't seem like a guy who is happy with staying in one place too long.

I think any team would be foolish to not hire him, as long as they understand what they are getting. He's not a warm and fuzzy guy who likes to chit chat with people, especially boosters. He's arrogant, demanding and a workaholic. It has to be done his way. I know he has cut some corners on the recruiting trail, but I don't think he'd do anything to get his program in any real trouble.

Oh, and you would have to get use to the word relative ... he uses it every other sentence!

That would be better than reliving hearing DuBose saying "challenge and opportunity" every other sentence.

To be honest, that is the approach that is what works in the SEC today...several coaches (brought in with Price) have complained about the hours required...

Personally, I think the best up and coming candidate in the NCAA right now is at Wake Forest. I'd love to have Grobh!

I always gave you a towel to dry off with Red. :)

When it comes to Alabama football if Terry tells you it's Easter, start coloring eggs. I know most of the same people, I just don't make as much public as Terry does. Terry is right on about what happened at Butler HS and Nick. Terry has contacts with the Alabama media, some national media, players and coaches.
