I think Nick is kinda losing it because he is taking crap from the fans and media his first year and he didn't expect that. I don't think he knew the magnitude of delusion amongst the Bama faithful and how that adds to the detriment of that program. He obviously knew some of it but not to this magitude. At LSU all he had to deal with was the "brooktrout look." There he has to hear it daily from the masses of Bammer fans who give money and think they have some God-given right to access inside that program. It was so cool this week. Even at the Doctor's office today and at my boys school, it was all about who are you for. My boys (coached by me) would say, the tigers. After some comments, they would scream BENGAL TIGERS!!! But I did coach them to say, and them other ones too... Man this has been a fun year:lol: :hihi:
That was something a former coach of ours would say. Meaning we were always waiting for the other shoe to drop. Instead of going out and taking a game, we waiting for it all to implode.
Hating Bama is like hating the homeless... Pity is a much more appropriate (and infuriating :lol: ) emotion...
I totally agree with LSUCraig here. You have to wonder at this point if CNS wishes he was anywhere except Alabama, he certainly didn't have this problem at LSU and no way Miami could've been this bad! I really do think this has become CNS's worst nightmare and I believe quoting Bama's loss to tragic events proves it. One other point, I don't think it matters whether AU beats Bama by one point or one hundred. Some of them are already jumping off the wagon, how many Bama fans still think CNS is their savior? Prediction:CNS will resign or find a new gig as coach next year if it turns out anything like this one. Heck, he may bolt to Texas A&M, without a doubt, that conference would be easy for him to dominate. You heard it here first!
