Re Bama fans pulling for Oregon

Not so! I don't know of a single Bama fan who pulled for Oregon. ALL Bama fans pull for the SEC team (with exception of far too many who pull against Auburn - NOT me). The only ones who consistently pull against SEC teams vs outsiders are Auburn fans, it appears, although an LSU fan called "Boris" pulls against Bama vs EVERYBODY. He predicted a Penn State 24-3 win. Saban played reserves most all 4th qtr. last yr and this vs JoePa's team. I hope LSU is undefeated when you play Bama this year!

 

Add Softball , Men's and Women's golf, and the last 2 straight NC's in Woman's Handicapped basketball. Also,Happy Campbell won some NC's in baseball for Bama; not as many as great LSU baseball teams have won. Still, football is what counts in Southern sports - the ONLY moneymaker. Bama has won more than twice as many in the series as has LSU.

I find most Bama fans very cool and enjoy what is shaping up for years to come with Bama and LSU fighting it out to go to Atlanta

I like LSU this year but I can handle what happens on the field

 

I don't believe Arkansas still possesses the kind of swagger needed to beat BAMA in Tuscaloosa with Ryan Matllet and Davis's departure. As for the Florida and Bama game, I would give the gators a small bit of favoritism given their home field advantages, but it's gonna be a close game anyway.

 

You're a wise man TC. These two programs are doing it almost identically. Is that the I-formation I see over here? Les has come full circle with his Crowton experiment. Power, speed and now, when your pants are sagging and you're sucking air, more power and speed.

Way early for these offenses to catch up with all the hype of possible the two best defenses in the nation. We need to continue to cultivate McCarron controlling circumstances and showing good leadership. Trent and Eddie are constantly showing the home run ball (chicks dig it). As of now, no wildcat and our most productive offensive formation last season the pistol (over 7 yards per rush) has rarely been seen. In short, all running plays are going off tackle and it's been a stop me if you can approach. I think Arky and the gang will see a little more variety and the only way we get better now, is by playing better teams.

 

Bama has NEVER won a NC in baseball. They made it to Omaha 5 times (1950, 1983, 1996, 1997, 1999) but never won it. LSU has made it there 15 times, and won 6 of em.
